2. Returning a Wrong, Damaged, or Incomplete Item

  2. Original Packaging: Ensure the product is returned in its original condition, along with the following:

    • Price tags
    • Warranty cards
    • User manuals and accessories

Failure to notify us within the 24-hour timeframe will result in the return being declined.


3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For approved returns due to wrong product, damaged product, or missing parts, Edamen will bear the shipping costs.
  • If the product must be replaced, the replacement is subject to stock availability.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by calling 0731-4218465 or emailing indianelectricals757@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Cancellations will incur a 5% handling fee or ₹300, whichever is higher.
  • If the product has already been dispatched, the shipping charges will also be deducted from your refund.
